Jeff attended five events in Dallas and Ellis Counties on May 7th and 8th. On May 7th, he attended a function sponsored by the Texas Public Policy Foundation; the day then included a meeting with Dallas-area Libertarians. The next day, he met with Ellis County journalists, and later attended a meeting of students of Objectivism, followed by a meeting of individuals seeking more information about the Trade Center attacks.

He will also be addressing the Bexar County LP on May 20th about his campaign for Governor. Please make plans now to attend and to bring others.

The Libertarian Party of Bexar County meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are now held at the "KOBE Japanese Steak House", 1007 NW Loop 410 at Blanco, in San Antonio. Click "read more" for a Bexar LPer's comments.

"The Bexar County LP has always been very supportive of me. Please join me on May 20th as I make my case to this dedicated contingent!" Jeff urges.

Some of Jeff Daiell's Campaign Issues [9]
  • State spending and taxes:

Jeff Daiell will work with the Legislature to reduce State spending by putting teeth into the Texas Sunset Act. He favors having all State agencies reviewed every six years instead of the current 12, and requiring a 2/3 vote of each House of the Legislature for an agency to be renewed. Click "read more" for an explanation.
